What is Windowira?
Windowira publishes free, plain-language clinical trial information. It is run by The Nelson M Group LLC.
Do you check whether I am eligible?
No. We never review anyone’s health information. We explain the ideas, and the study team makes any decision.
Does anyone see my topic choices?
Only us, and only to send what you asked for. Topic choices are never shared with sponsors, sites or other partners. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
Is this site for medical emergencies?
No. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911. For questions about your own health, talk to your doctor.
How can I remove my information?
Every email has an unsubscribe link. To delete what we hold, write to [email protected].
What do you send me?
You get information on the topic you pick, sent by email if you leave an address. Opt in to texts and short messages point you to the same guides.
Do you sell tests?
No. Windowira publishes information only.
Do I have to agree to texts?
No. Texts are optional, with two separate unchecked boxes. You can sign up without ticking either one.
Will a research site contact me because I signed up here?
No. We never pass your details to sites, sponsors or recruiters.
How do I stop texts?
Reply STOP at any time to opt out; reply HELP if you need help. Email [email protected] if you would rather write.
Can you read my lab report?
No. Never send us results. Your clinician or the study team can interpret them.
How often will you text me?
It varies, but never more than about 8 a month. Msg & data rates may apply.
Which fields are required?
No. The contact fields are optional. Name, topic and the privacy checkbox are what the form needs.
Is Windowira a medical provider, study team or recruiter?
No. Windowira is an information website published by The Nelson M Group LLC. We do not treat patients or enroll volunteers, and the guides are not medical, legal or financial advice.
